Delivery delays experienced as Australian Post is not picking up parcels within expected time frame

Dear Customers,

 We are sorry to inform that unfortunately, Australian Post is not picking up the parcels within the expected time frame, which is usually next day of making them available.. Keep in mind they don't it for free, they are paid to collect the parcels, which is separated from parcels delivery fees.

This week parcels were available to collect Tuesday(24/08/2021) and they haven't been collected yet(Friday 27/08/2021 01:15PM).
 We have contacted Australian Post and they said the number of parcels have increased considerably and they are over capacity and having delivery/pick up delays.

  We will notify you as soon as we have more news.
